A Joint Venture of all CVE Verified Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSBs), VETS JV members include former Acquisition Professionals from multiple branches of service. Our extensive experiences across the acquisition spectrum, from products to services; both operational and deployed support, enables us to have a deep understanding of VA and its mission. We bring our significant and applied experience to every project from acquisition training to support services, including home station small purchases, major system purchases, centralized/strategically sourced acquisitions, and health care procurement.


Our accomplished and qualified veterans have demonstrated expertise in Acquisition Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, and Training. We have developed and executed training and education programs ranging from one-hour skill building courses to multi-year Strategic Procurement graduate degree programs and formal FAC and DAWIA equivalent formal acquisition courses. We have implemented training through a variety of diverse methods, such as: distance learning, synchronous and asynchronous, face to face, and via hybrid models. VETS JV member companies have experience supporting all DoD Services, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Acquisition training programs.
